Since its independence in 1956, Sudan has been in a state of near constant war; the deadliest instance being Darfur, which is frequently described as genocide.

Desegregation of interventions by population and spatial distribution provide SAHDCG with the level of variation and specificity about dynamics of conflict and the plausibility of interventions.
